Warranty Information

We provide a 60 day warranty for all ek design pieces. This covers any flaws, defects or damage. If you need to return your order within the warranty period, please send it along to us with a copy of the original invoice. Send to:

One note, it is important to ship your piece back to us in a proper packaging. We can't make repairs to items that get damaged in the mail. We recommend that you use either a padded envelope or a small box with insulating foam.
